The featured movie this week is Time After Time, our Gangsters From Around The World season begins with Le Samourai. For Table Time, Conor and Luke pitch a couple of movie ideas that need to be made immediately. Question Time asks about King Theoden’s beard and the casting for “Philip K Dick’s Android Head Is Missing,” a delightful motion picture inspired by last week’s PKD Android story.

the green sky thing made me want to be colour-blind

Ok, Luke hasn’t seen Lord of the Rings (WHAT?????????) and Conor’s colour blind, and so, Dudebros listeners, I offer as evidence the following images:
    Green beard 1: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/3a/Théoden600ppx.png

    Green beard 2: http://www.theriddermark.net/images/theoden.jpg

I am not mad. I did not watch pirated copies with a copy protection system derived from the demented imagination of a Dudebro, and I am not colour blind. His beard is fucking green, and I need to know why.

This might amuse you: I was just about to click those images thinking “Ok now I’ll finally be able to see whether Theoden’s beard is green or not…” Then I remembered that uh, I won’t be able to see from the pictures either. I’m colour blind. Doh.

    Great Show Dudebros!

As intriguing as a Cthulhu pic sounds I’m going to have to vote for ‘The Kobra Kai Kid’ as it captures the KK dynamic perfectly. Namely, a) they’re cool and b) they’re dickbags. So any film that dramatises these two points is a winner in my book. Although… eh, you’d probably have to do something about the title. Might get the wrong krowd.
