  1. Jaques la Merde

good show as always. I watched Castle of Cagliostro and I must say, I loved it. Very good Miyazaki film.
Conor, if you liked the action and the tone and as you said the sweetness of this movie, watch Laputa, Castle in the Sky, also directed by Miyazaki. It is awesome.

    au revoir vous b√Ętards magnifiques

I have a question, quelle suprise, Who’s facial hair would win in a fight, Lupin’s buddy Jigan’s beardfrom cagliostro, or Conors????

  3. Morgan

Great episode! Loved hearing your thoughts on such different films- I will definitely have to check out Cagliostro and I’m super excited I have ‘The Set-Up’ on hard-drive.

Really looking forward to the next series. Will you be doing a Teen film series, too?

  4. Dudebros

Jacques- I’ll check those out, honest!
As to your question, I’d say when I’m rocking the handlebar moustache I’m more or less invincible, but since I’m currently just wearing a vanilla beard (symmetrical streaks of white notwithstanding), I’d give this one to Jigan.

Funny you should say that! We’ve been talking about doing a teen movie series for some time. We’re actually going to be doing Say Anything and Fast Times At Ridgemont High for this weekend’s show, so check it out…

I just watched another Miyazaki movie, Ponyo. A beautiful sweet movie. Recommended. I think now I have seen all of Miyazakis movies. All excellant.
